Minister of State in the Ministry of Health with responsibility for children at risk, Dr Cassandra Williams, has expressed sadness over the death of 16-year-old Jerbiah Paul of PORTSMOUTH.
The remains of Jerbiah PAUL were discovered in Capuchin this week. Police officer Jean-Luc Langlais was charged with murder.
The Minister says parents and guardians have a responsibility to protect children in Dominica.
