Minister for National Security Rayburn Blackmoore says law enforcement will urgently introduce new measures to rid the streets of illegal firearms.
His statement comes as 24-year-old Juwan Warner of Georgetown, Portsmouth, was shot dead at his home about 9.15 last night.
