Parliamentary Representative for the Petite Savanne Constituency Jullan Defoe says the Loubiere to Bagatelle road project is part of a greater development plan for Dominica.
On Friday, the Government of Dominica officially broke ground to mark the start of phase one of the Loubiere to Bagatelle Road and Bridge Rehabilitation Project.
Defoe says the $120-million-dollar project aligns with Government’s goal of making Dominica the first climate resilient country in the world.
Defoe is hopeful the people of the Petite Savanne Constituency can benefit from the employment opportunities which will be created during this road project.
