The owner of Ocean Oasis hotel in Castle Comfort, Floyd Capitolin, stated that the new facility will provide employment for close to 80 people in the initial stages.
Ocean Oasis, a CBI-funded project, is planning for an official opening ceremony in mid-November, although guests are expected earlier.
