The 2025 calypso finals on March 1 will feature one newcomer.
Goodwill Secondary School teacher and Vice President of the Dominica Calypso Association Shirley Charles ‘Lady Esse’ sang ‘’SILVER LAKE AGAIN’’ to find favor with the judges at the semifinal on Saturday night.
The others who advanced to the finals are BOBB, TARSHA P, KARESSA, JAY-DEE, SHANNICE, JOY, CHECKO and OBSERVER.
They will meet 10-time Monarch Dice in the grand finals.
