Pierre Charles Secondary School is mourning the death of Assistant Principal Claudia Toussaint.
She was pronounced dead at the Grandbay health centre at 2 o’clock after she complained of feeling unwell at school yesterday afternoon.
Reports indicate that she collapsed at school before being transported to the Grandbay health centre.
An officer of the school told DBS News that the assistant principal was friendly and impacted the lives of students.
She entered the Pierre Charles secondary school around 1998 and taught social studies and French before becoming assistant principal
She leaves behind a daughter.
