Prime Minister Roosevelt Skerrit has defended the new appointment of Loreen Bannis Roberts as Dominica’s High Commissioner to the United Kingdom.
Bannis Roberts resigned as the country’s Permanent Representative to the United Nations when she signed documents to establish relations between Dominica and Syria in 2O22, a move which sparked controversy.
