Prime Minister Roosevelt Skerrit says the death of Ian Pinard will create a void at the Dominica Air and Seaport Authority.
His comments came this morning as the Dominica Air and Seaport Authority, DASPA, held a remembrance ceremony in honour of Mr Pinard, who was Chief Executive Officer of the institution.
