Service providers in the tourism industry have been encouraged to sign on to the Nature Island Standard of Excellence (NISE certification program.
The call came from the Chief Executive Officer of Discover Dominica Authority, Marva Williams.
She says consistent service is key to the success of the industry.
Williams says a series of NISE training programs for service providers are underway.
