St Vincent and the Grenadines Prime Minister Dr. Ralph Gonsalves says the economic recovery of Dominica should not be taken lightly.
He told a lecture to commemorate the 25th anniversary of the passing of former Prime Minister Roosevelt Douglas last night that Dominica’s recovery is special having encountered numerous challenges over the years.
Last night’s memorial lecture at the State House onference Centre was organized by the Dominica Labour Party.
