Prime Minister of St Vincent and the Grenadines Dr. Ralph Gonsalves will speak of the Caribbean civilization and its political prospects at the 14 annual Dame Eugenia Charles Memorial Lecture.
The Lecture is being spearheaded by the UWI Global Campus Dominica in collaboration with the Fort Young Hotel.
