St. Vincent and the Grenadines Prime Minister Dr. Ralph Gonsalves is set to deliver the keynote address at the Rosie Douglas Memorial Lecture in Dominica on Thursday October 9.
The lecture organized by the Dominica Labour Party takes place at the State House Conference Center at 6:30 in the evening.
