Registrar and Chief Executive Officer of the Caribbean Examination Council Dr. Wayne Wesley wants the Caribbean region to pay greater attention to English and Mathematics at schools.
Dr. Wesley said English and Mathematics are fundamental to learning and functioning in the world.
