Chief Executive Officer of Discover Dominica Authority Marva Williams believes that a Memorandum of Understanding signed with tourism officials in Barbados last week, will move Dominica’s tourism to new levels.
The Memorandum of Understanding will see the two countries cooperate in several areas.
