The Chairman of the Electoral Commission shuts down allegations that free movement is implemented to facilitate the re-election of some ruling parties.

Chairman of the Electoral Commission Duncan Stowe has shot down allegations that free movement is implemented to facilitate the re-election of some ruling parties. 

Some Caribbean observers have stated that free movement among four CARICOM countries will assist the re-election bid of the Governments.

Mr. Stowe says full free movement among CARICOM member states has been on the cards over several years.
