The court is set to decide on Friday whether there is enough evidence to commit double-murder suspect Johnathan Lehrer to the High Court for trial.
Lehrer, along with his co-accused Robert Snider, is currently being held in custody for the murder of eco-resort owner Daniel Langlois and his partner, Dominic Marchand, which occurred in December 2023 in the Soufrière area.
The preliminary inquiry into the case is approaching completion.
