Child Protection Officer at the Department of Social Services Nicole Toussaint says a series of family related laws passed in Dominica in 2023 have enhanced the work of the Department.
Her comments come as Dominica observes International Children Day today.
The Children Care and Adoption Act and Status of Children Act were among the Acts approved by Parliament.
