The Eastern Caribbean E-Litigation Portal Criminal module for Dominica was launched at the State House Conference Centre on Thursday.
The Acting Chief Justice of the Eastern Caribbean Supreme Court added that the E-Litigation Portal will make it easier to file cases and transform the court system.
