National Authorizing Officer for the European Development Fund Carleen Roberts says the European Union is a true partner of Dominica.
Her comments came as six families of the Kalinago Territory received keys for new homes under the EU program.
Roberts says an EU project for homes in the Kalinago Territory is worth $18 million dollars.
