The Inter-American Institute of Cooperation on Agriculture IICA has observed its 4Oth year of existence in Dominica.
Minister for Agriculture Roland Royer told the 4Oth anniversary ceremony at the state HOUSE conference center this morning, that IICA has helped transform agriculture in Dominica.

Mr Royer also announced that Dominican Kent Coipel is the new IICA representative in Jamaica.
