The International Court of Justice has issued an advisory opinion which protects the rights to strike

Trade unions here and abroad have welcomed an advisory opinion from the International Court of Justice, which states that the right to strike should be protected.

The advisory opinion from the International Court of Justice was delivered on Thursday.
