Parliamentary Representative for the Portsmouth Constituency Fenella Wenham Sheppard has endorsed the 2025 PAYS Dominica Yachting Festival.
The 3rd annual PAYS Dominica Yachting Festival is being held from March 22nd to 30th at Prince Rupert Bay in Portsmouth and Mero Village.
Wehman Sheppard says the festival plays a key role in cementing Dominica as a premier destination attraction.
