Acting Prime Minister Dr. Irving McIntyre has commended the People’s Republic of China for its investment in the development of Dominica’s youth.
On Monday, the Chinese embassy presented grants of $1,000 US dollars each to 22 students from the Dominica State College.
Dr. McIntyre urged the recipients to stay committed to pursuing higher education.
