Acting deputy Police Chief Jeffrey James says the police investigation into the March 19 riot on Victoria Street near Fort Young Hotel is not yet complete.
25 people have now been arrested and charged in connection with the riot which occurred as three Electoral Reform Bills were being debated in Parliament.
