The Registrar of Cooperatives in Dominica has issued an order placing the league under administrative supervision effective October 1, 2025.
The decision has been taken to ensure the stability of the league and to facilitate a review of its operations.
The board of directors is suspended and Ms. Annel Lewis has been appointed as the administrator and will assume full control of the Society’s daily operations and management.
All correspondence and inquiries regarding the societies affairs should be directed to the administrator at 225-3531.
The membership and the public are assured that the action is taken in the best interest of the Dominica Cooperative Societies League Limited and its members.
The office of the Registrar says it remains committed to the principles of good governance and the long term health of the Cooperative Sector.
