Leader of the United Workers Party Dr. Thompson Fontaine has outlined a road map which he said will transform Dominica.
Dr. Fontaine told a press conference of the UWP on Tuesday that economic empowerment through fair wages and salaries would be at the center of the UWP plan.
Dr. Fontaine says health care and education will be revamped under a UWP Government.

Meantime, former Parliamentary Representative for the Salisbury Constituency Hector John is the new deputy leader of the UWP.
He replaces Senator Delbert Paris who resigned recently.
