The United Workers Party taking legal action against the Government of Dominica over the Citizenship by Investment Program

The United Workers Party has announced a decision to take legal action against the Government of Dominica over the country’s Citizenship by Investment Program.

The decision to go to court was announced during a press conference on Tuesday.

Trinidad Senior Counsel Anand Ramlogan who is spearheading the case on behalf of the UWP said the action is to force Government to account for monies spend under the CBI Program.

Meantime Attorney General Levi Peter told DBS News he will respond to the matter as soon as documentation from the court is available.
