Chairman of Penville Village Council Felix George says the village remains in a state of shock and disbelief following a vehicular accident on Sunday which claimed the lives of two individuals.
Davis Marcellin known as DJ Blazzar and his girlfriend Nadia Paul of Dos Dane, residing at Penville, succumbed to their injuries, while a third individual who was on the vehicle is receiving medical treatment.
The Dominica Police Force confirmed that around 10 am on Sunday, a rented Toyota Rush registration number TQ157 with three people on board went off the road over a cliff and plunged into a precipice.
