Over 140 frontline service providers in Dominica’s tourism sector have been trained to enhance service standards.
This follows the completion of a Chief Experience Officer (CEO) Training Series designed for Tourism service providers.
The training series resulted from a collaborative effort involving the Ministry of Tourism, the Discover Dominica Authority (DDA), and the Caribbean Tourism Organisation (CTO).
