Minister for Youth, Sports and Community Development, Hon. Gretta Roberts, says the long-awaited installation of lights at Windsor Park is nearing completion, marking a significant step forward for sports development in Dominica.
Speaking on site as the final light was being installed, Hon. Roberts expressed excitement and relief that the project has reached this stage, noting that the erection of all lighting poles represents a major milestone.
