Public Relations Officer of the Dominica Water and Sewage Company (DOWASCO) Kimani St. Jean said works have begun on a project aimed at upgrading the water system in the Paix Bouche area.
St. Jean added that the $1.9-million-dollar project is expected to be completed within 8 months.
