The Ministry of Tourism has signed a contract valued at over $190 thousand XCD dollars to conduct upgrades on the Indian River.
The contract has been awarded to Shevon Royer of Premium Building Solutions, who will carry out essential maintenance at the river.
The 90-day project aims to enhance key areas that significantly impact the visitor experience.
The upgrades will include resurfacing the parking lots, repairing the entry and exit gates, upgrading the septic tank system, enhancing the landscaping around the facility, and improving the interpretative room to create a richer space for sharing the stories of the river, its people, and its heritage.
