Dominica Football Association (DFA) Technical Director Jerome Bardouille says stronger systems and partnerships must be established to properly develop the country’s young football talent.
Speaking following the staging of the DFA Grassroots Festival over the weekend, Bardouille stressed the importance of strengthening the relationship between the DFA and football academies across the island to create a clear pathway for player development.
He said the continued growth of football in Dominica will require collaboration among all stakeholders, including clubs, academies, coaches, parents, and the association.
