Dominica has signed a 7O.2 million dollar agreement with the Green Climate Fund to enhance resilience in 8 communities.
Prime Minister Roosevelt Skerrit made the announcement in his Independence day address to the nation this week.
Meantime , Mr. Skerrit outlined the importance of Dominica’s Citizenship by Investment program.
