A call has been issued for Dominicans to support the activities which will be held within the Kalinago Territory in observance of Kalinago Week 2024.
Kalinago Week is being held from September 15th to 22nd under the theme: ‘Unity in Diversity, Embracing Kalinago Culture’.
The activities got underway on Sunday with the sashing of Skeet Tyson as Cultural Elder of the year.

And Minister for Kalinago Upliftment and Parliamentary Representative for the Salybia Constituency Cozier Frederick says this year’s theme calls for greater harmony among the Kalinago people.
