Finance Minister Dr. Irving McIntyre said the signing of a loan agreement of US$41 million dollars between Dominica and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia is a step towards addressing the issues confronting the city of Roseau.
The signing ceremony of the project document for the Roseau Enhancement Project took place at the Douglas Charles Airport last weekend.

Meantime Minister for Public Works, Public Utilities and the Digital Economy Fidel Grant outlined the scope of works that will be undertaken in the City.
