Essiel Green took top honors in Sunday’s road race organized by the Dominica Cycling Association.
Green won the Elite Division in a time of 2 hours, 33 minutes and 37 seconds.
The race took the riders from Ma Boyd’s Bar to Colihaut and back, and to the Canefield round-a-bout twice.
Cobensky Fils-Aime finished second in the elite category in 2 hours, 47 minutes and 31 seconds.
Kohath Baron and Giteson Marius were unable to complete the race.
Essiel Green said the race was a challenging one.

Meanwhile, In the Masters Division, Ronald Charles secured first place in 2 hours, 35 minutes and 40 seconds, a performance that also earned him second place overall.
Desmond Prosper completed the Masters category in a time of 2 hours, 49 minutes and 52 seconds.
Ronald Charles said he felt comfortable on the race despite encountering a flat tyre.
