The Government of Dominica is in the process of negotiating an additional $21.8 million dollars for the Emergency Agricultural Livelihoods and Climate Resilience project.
The project was implemented after the passage of Hurricane Maria with financial support from the World Bank.
It was designed to help farmers and fisher folk affected by hurricane maria restore their agriculture and fishing livelihoods and adopt climate resilient practices.

Anselm says progress has been made since the implementation of the Emergency Agricultural Livelihoods and Climate Resilience Project.
