Minister for National Security Rayburn Blackmoore says met services in Dominica have risen to new levels with a $3 million dollar building at Jimmit.
Mr. Blackmoore says the investments made towards met services particularly in the aftermath of hurricane maria, have paid off.
The Minister led a walkthrough of the Met Office building on Monday.
