Minister for Environment Cozier Frederick has called for a different approach to the environment, as the Government handed over four compactor trucks to the Dominica Solid Waste Management Corporation on Wednesday.
The trucks were procured at a cost of over 1.1 million dollars.

Meantime, the General Manager of the Dominica Solid Waste Management corporation, Florian Mitchel, says the new compactor trucks will greatly enhance the corporation’s capacity to deal with waste management.
