Minister of State in the Ministry of Sports, Oscar George, says the new lighting system being installed at the Windsor Park Sports Stadium is expected to transform sports in Dominica and rank among the best in the Caribbean.
George made the remarks recently while officials and contractors carried out testing and adjustments on the stadium’s new lighting infrastructure.
According to the minister, even with only a small number of lights activated during the testing phase, the impact was already impressive
