Ferry services to Dominica disrupted due to a strike by fishermen in Guadeloupe

Ferry services to Dominica have been disrupted due to a strike by fishermen in Guadeloupe, which has resulted in the blockage of the port of Pointe-à-Pitre.

FRS EXPRESS des Îles has stated that this strike has significantly impacted its operations.

In a statement to DBS News this morning, Hans Victor, Operations Supervisor at Whitchurch Shipping, says arrangements will be made to accommodate stranded passengers.
